Absolutely. Our owner, Desi Biro, was trained by the prestigious Paragon School of Grooming and has over 20 years of experience. The groomers she employs are fully trained under her guidance and certified prior to servicing any pet. The salon is fully insured and you can rest assured that your pet will be in great hands while at One Dog at a Time.

We are available by appointment only Monday through Friday, 8:00am until 4:00pm or as long as it takes us to complete our last appointment. We are no longer offering weekend hours on Saturdays and Sundays and due to our extremely tight scheduling, we can not service walk-ins. We encourage you to call us to schedule in lieu of visiting the salon to book an appointment.

We have our full menu of grooming packages and services available by clicking the link at the top of our website. Pricing will vary by size of dog, breed or hair type as well as the overall services selected.

Depending on the services you've chosen, your dog could be ready in as little as 10 minutes for a simple nail trim or several hours plus for a detailed grooming package. We will give you a rough estimate of how long we will need with your pet when you drop them off, but please note that things can happen that are out of our control that may change the overall duration of time. We encourage you to choose a day for your pet's appointment where you do not have other things going on that may be impacted by when your pet is ready for pickup.

At One Dog at a Time, our staff has a vast bank of experience in dealing with dogs of many different breeds and backgrounds. As long as our staff is able to safely execute services, and we will make every attempt to do so initially, we will service your pet. Our groomers are also well trained in the required techniques for grooming puppies through seniors and those with special health or accessability issues.

We do groom cats, however they usually require very special care and we may not have available appointments for cats every day of the week. Please call to discuss with one of our groomers.
